The new owner agree with signing this
contract with the following points:
1) The cat mentioned in this contract can
not be re sold to others breeders and if so he/she
must be neuter or spay by the original owner.
2) The cat can be used for the
breeding program only with the cats of the same
cattery where he/she was sold. All the kittens
out him/her must have the same cattery name and
owner-breeder.
3) This cat is sold with a LOOF ___or CFA
___pedigree
4) No kittens out of the cat sold above can
be sold to CFA breeders in Europe. Special
agreements will be taken eventually with any
single cat / new owner. Kittens out from this cat
can be sold in Europe ONLY to not CFA breeders /
cattery so only to FIFE and others independent
club's new owners.
5) These are special rules and agreements
with the news owners:
